Privacy and customer photos

When you send a service request, quote request, or Oxmoor Vision Beta design, we use the details and photos you provide to evaluate your project and follow up personally. Your Vision design is not an automatic order or binding quote.
What we receive
Depending on the form you complete, this may include your name, contact information, service address, preferred contact method, project choices, notes, and uploaded images or documents. Our service providers may also process security and operational information necessary to protect online forms from abuse.
How we use the information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare possible product and installation recommendations, evaluate whether an onsite visit is needed, create internal customer and Request records, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Your garage photos
When exploring Vision, the garage-photo preview is processed on your device. If you choose to send a Request, the original photo and conceptual door visualization can be uploaded for Oxmoor's review. Avoid including people, license plates, or other information you do not want to share. Concept images may not accurately represent a final installed product.
Technology providers
Our online workflow uses hosting and form-processing services such as Netlify, private media storage through Cloudinary, Jobber for customer and Request records, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention when enabled. Data submitted through these services is processed to operate your request. Details may change as our website develops.
Sharing, retention, and questions
Oxmoor shares submitted project information with service providers as needed to handle the request. We do not treat a customer-submitted project photo as permission to publish it in marketing. Information is retained as needed for business records and legitimate service purposes, subject to provider settings and applicable requirements.

Beta limitations
Vision Beta provides preliminary design concepts and planning ranges, not guarantees of fit, product availability, installed price, or onsite conditions. An Oxmoor team member personally reviews requests and prepares any formal quote.
